Should I arrive at the departure time a little earlier than my listed departure time?

It’s better to be early than to miss out on your whole tour. Don’t forget to add extra time for traffic or any unexpected delays (or late risers). If the bus has not picked you up within 10 minutes of the pick up time please phone our office on 03 9393 1300 immediately, and we will contact our drivers, they may have been held up at a previous pick-up.
