What you can actually see!
Day 1
- Adelaide Pick-up: Meet your guide for the next 2 days as he picks you up from selected locations in Adelaide and then we head to Cape Jervis.
- Cape Jervis: Ocean views and dolphins on the ferry.
Penneshaw: A quaint coastal town to get a taste of Kangaroo Island. - Duck Lagoon: Short walk and koalas and birdlife.
- Kingscote: Free time in the largest town on the island. Coffee, shopping or a leisurely walk.
- Kangaroo Island Brewery: Lunch. Platter of local delights and tasting at this rustic spot.
- Emu Bay Lavender Farm: Wander through the fragrant fields and shop for lavender goodies. Coffee or a lavender scone.
- Emu Bay Beach: Short walk along this beautiful beach and dolphins.
- Stokes Bay: Swim and relax at this secret spot, voted Australia’s best beach. Calm waters and stunning views.
- Cosy Campsite Accommodation: Finish the day with an Aussie BBQ dinner and stargazing before glamping for the night.

Day 2
- Breakfast: Start the day with a local Kangaroo Island breakfast.
- Flinders Chase National Park: See Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch surrounded by coastal scenery.
- Little Sahara: Catered lunch then sand dunes, optional sandboarding or nature walk.
- Seal Bay Conservation Park: Walk on the beach with your National Park Ranger and learn about the conservation efforts to save this endangered species while seeing the sea lions in their natural habitat.
- Penneshaw: Free time to explore the town, have dinner (at your own cost) and reflect on the day before the ferry back to
- Adelaide.Return to Adelaide: Board the ferry for the relaxing trip back, and arrive in Adelaide with Kangaroo Island memories.

Get on the bus and head to Cape Jervis
Meet your guide for the next 2 days during the pick-ups from selected Adelaide Hotels between 6.30 and 6.45 am. Listen to expert commentary as we drive to Cape Jervis for the 45-minute ferry crossing to Kangaroo Island.

Arrive at Penneshaw
On the northeast coast of Kangaroo Island, Penneshaw welcomes ferry arrivals with its peaceful coastline, rolling hills and charming streets. As we hop on the Kangaroo Island coaster, the tour group will take a quick drive through Penneshaw. We won’t stop here this time but the seaside town has plenty to see and some great places to eat for our return visit. This short drive will give you a taste of Penneshaw’s natural beauty, cultural attractions and foodie delights and will be a highlight of your day.

Kangaroo Island is bigger than you think. We cover a lot of km’s over the 2 days but we have structured this tour so we never spend more than 45 min on the bus at one time.

Hop back on the ferry and return to Adelaide at approximately 10 pm.
Our guides know Kangaroo Island, and at times, it might be a better experience to slightly change the itinerary due to weather or other factors. Our number one aim will always be to provide the very best experience for our passengers

Where does the tour start and end?
The tour begins in Adelaide. You’ll be transported to Kangaroo Island via ferry, and after two full days of exploration, you’ll return to Adelaide in the evening of Day 2.
