The Chocolate Factory can be found in Newhaven, right past the Phillip Island Bridge. To reach Phillip Island, the drive from Melbourne takes roughly 90 minutes by the Monash Freeway and South Gippsland Highway. There are also train services to Dandenong station followed by bus rides that reach Phillip Island. In most cases, the Chocolate Factory is also included in the most tour plans.
