About the Brewery
Coldstream Brewery was started by a group of beer lovers and was born out of a desire to brew beer in the Yarra Valley. Since then, the brewery has stuck to traditional methods but also likes to try new things with short-run seasonal, limited-release beers. The partnership between Rohan Peters and Mike Basset has produced some of the brewery’s most popular beers, including seasonal ciders like the Coldstream Back in Stock Apple Crumble Cider. From a tiny operation to one of the valley’s favourite breweries, Coldstream has grown but still feels like a microbrewery.
